David N. Slifkin
As Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Hospitality Group, David leads the progression of building a successfully managed and highly productive collection of hotels. A former CEO of a $40 million health services company he transformed into a national organization with over $600 million in revenue, he navigated the company through a complex regulatory environment and maintained profitability in substantially every quarter of the organization’s history. David also engineered a $190 million recapitalization and financing facility for the company. As current CEO of Boulevard Health Management, LLC., a diversified national healthcare organization, David recognizes the hospitality synergies between health care and hotels and with his 35 years of service industry experience, is heading the hospitality division of Endeavor Hospitality Group. David is committed to leveraging operational and financial best practices he utilized in past successes he had with several NASDAQ-traded companies to ensure Endeavor Hospitality’s success. Instilling a culture of service, constantly measuring results, creating and managing standards and setting and meeting goals to deliver results to stakeholders, are among the key pillars of David’s accomplishments that he brings to Endeavor Hospitality Group. His unwavering focus on providing memorable experiences for guests, clients, associates and stakeholders is the foundation upon which David is steering Endeavor. David has a Bachelors in Accounting from Brooklyn College, an MBA from LI University, and is a certified public accountant and instructor for finance and accounting at Mercy College.
