Tom Xavier
Tom Xavier joined Endeavor Hospitality Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2018, bringing over thirty years of hospitality experience to launch a collection of properties in New York City. In his role as COO, Tom governs portfolio performance, asset management, new asset development, and overall operations for Endeavor properties. His extensive hotel background includes oversight of branded and independent properties ranging from luxury to select service, boutique and convention hotels. Tom’s expertise includes property launches, turnarounds, rebrands, operations, finance, revenue management, and food and beverage. Prior to joining Endeavor Hospitality Group, Tom served as Vice President and Managing Director with Pyramid Hotel Group, and held senior leadership roles for world-class hotels and resorts, such as Gaylord’s Opryland Resort in Nashville and the MGM Grand Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Tom is known for delivering outstanding returns to owners and building exceptionally performing teams. He is a graduate of the University of Denver with a degree in hotel and restaurant management and is currently an adjunct professor with the University’s hospitality program. Tom is a dedicated Denver Broncos fan, enjoys traveling, golf, discovering new wine and exploring all-things technology.
