Construction of the 29-story hotel at 461 West 34th Street has long been topped-out, and now the façade is fully complete, with interior work also nearing the finish line. Marx Development Group is responsible for the development. Imminently, the 312-foot-tall structure will add 399 hotel rooms to the Hudson Yards neighborhood, under the Courtyard Hotel brand.
